FiveRoster supports FiveM, Roblox roleplay groups, and Arma milsim units. The core Discord role sync, shift tracking, org charts, and document features work for every platform. Platform-specific integrations (in-game scripts, MDT, tablet) are available for FiveM.

No. FiveRoster is fully hosted — you install the Discord bot to your server, log in with Discord on the website, and start building your roster. There is nothing to run on your own infrastructure.

There is no cap on the number of Discord servers you can manage. Your free account gives you access to every server you own or administer.

Yes. The free plan includes core roster management, Discord role sync, shift tracking with 30 days of history, the LOA calendar, and most admin features. You can run an entire roleplay community on the free plan without paying anything.

Premium unlocks unlimited shift history, the certifications system, vehicle and uniform management, advanced PDF exports, custom roster themes, the FiveM API access, and a few other power-user features. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Yes. Premium is a monthly subscription with no contract. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time and retain premium access until the end of your billing period.

Click "Install FiveRoster" on the homepage, authorise the bot to your Discord server, then log into the dashboard with your Discord account. Your servers will automatically appear for setup.

Yes. FiveRoster is framework-agnostic — it works with QBCore, QBox, ESX Legacy, TMC, and any standalone FiveM server. Our optional in-game scripts integrate with every major framework.

A basic roster with ranks, statuses, and Discord role sync takes about 5-10 minutes to set up. A full configuration with custom columns, flags, certifications, and vehicle tracking can be completed in under an hour.

Yes. Our support team can help you migrate existing roster data. Reach out on Discord with a sample of your current data.

When a player is appointed to a rank, FiveRoster automatically assigns the Discord roles linked to that rank. When they are removed, those roles are revoked. The same applies to statuses and flags — every linked role stays in sync with the roster in real time.

The bot needs the standard "Manage Roles", "Send Messages", and "Read Members" permissions. It must also be placed above the roles it manages in your Discord role hierarchy.

Discord is the primary authentication mechanism, so a Discord account is required. However, you can absolutely manage roster data, track shifts, and run everything else without using the Discord role sync features.

Yes. Members can clock in and out from the dashboard or via an in-game script. FiveRoster tracks total duty hours, shows leaderboards, and exports PDF shift reports for any time range.

Yes, through our integrated application manager. You can build custom application forms, review submissions, and appoint applicants straight to their rank in one click.

Yes. The strike system supports automated actions like "demote at 3 strikes" or "remove at 5 strikes". Strikes can be set to expire automatically, and every action is logged.

Yes. Members can submit LOA requests through the public roster page, admins approve or deny them, and FiveRoster automatically updates the player status (or applies a flag) for the LOA period. Expired LOAs auto-revert.

Yes. The org chart is auto-generated from your rank structure and shows your entire department hierarchy with filled and vacant positions, including custom insignias.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and we never store card details on our servers.

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant processors. We never see or store your full card details.
